PIAA is a non-for-profit organisation dedicated to the provision of quality information to the property investor. It is our aim to provide property investors with the information to make successful property investment decisions which comes from knowledge and experience.
PIAA represents the interests of Property Investors to Local, State and Federal Government, Financial Institutions, Developers and those that provide professional investment services, and the community in general. This is done though Associate Membership and Accreditation for Property Professionals and adherence to the PIAA code of conduct, and the rating of Property developments to ensure transparency and integrity in the investment transaction.
